Hiring as a Service (HaaS) 🎯



A few days ago, we launched a new model for working with Joppy, called Hiring as a Service (HaaS), and we'd like to introduce it to you. 


Due to high recruitment fees in the market + economic "risk" to hire a new employee, we created the HaaS (Hiring as a Service) model, designed to share the economic risk involved in hiring.


How do we achieve this? Instead of charging the full fee upfront, we offer a monthly fee of 1.25% for 12 months. This approach shares the hiring risk because we only bill you monthly as long as the candidate remains employed, effectively spreading out the recruitment cost.

Great chat with Dani Martos, one of the co-organizers of HiredBCN!




A few days ago, the team behind Hired!BCN announced they wouldn't continue their annual recruitment event in Barcelona. Truly a pity for the local industry ecosystem.


We talked with Dani about how this was a good moment to look back on these years organizing the event. At Joppy, we attended several editions, and we have to acknowledge that they did an excellent job.


It was an enjoyable and very transparent conversation, where Dani shared everything from how the idea of starting Hired!BCN came about to various outcomes and lessons learned.
