#25 - Time for recap 2025 on what we've done this year

As 2025 comes to an end, it’s time to take stock. One thing is clear: tech recruiting has changed. There’s less movement, higher expectations, and every hiring decision matters more than ever.


At Joppy, we’ve seen a clear pattern among top-performing recruiters: they’re not looking for more candidates, but for better matches. Less is more.


At Joppy, we cannot afford to stand still in the face of these challenges:

  • We continue growing, over 15,000 new members to our community this year

  • We’ve started working with many new companies, from large enterprises like Telefónica to well-known startups such as Orbio, Maisa, Vidext,...

  • We’ve rethought how to support you more effectively: a new scoring system, AI-powered interviews, the Spanish version of Joppy among other improvements designed to help you use the platform more efficiently

  • We’ve also responded to the growing demand for AI-related roles, as more startups and tech companies turn to us for these profiles. New roles have been added to our community accordingly

We know we can, and must, do better.
And we truly hope to continue supporting you in your Tech Talent challenges in 2026.

Below is a summary of the features we’ve launched in 2025 to improve your experience and make tech recruiting more effortless.

AI interviews

We’ve added the option for candidates to complete interviews with an AI agent.


The goal is to gather qualitative insights about their work experience, technical skills, and the reasons behind their job change.

Match scoring & 3-Columns layout

You’ll now see a clear match percentage between candidates and job offers, along with a detailed breakdown of the scoring criteria.


We’ve also redesigned the candidate profile into a three-column layout, highlighting our evaluation in the central column for faster and clearer decision-making.

New & updated roles

We’ve added new roles such as Product Design, Solutions Consultant or AI to expand the range of profiles available on Joppy. You can now search for roles like AI Engineer, UX Designer, User Researcher, SAP Consultant, Functional Analyst,..


We’ve also renamed and recategorized other roles to improve accuracy and make our matching system more precise.

Spanish version

Joppy is now available in Spanish. You no longer need to rely on your browser’s translator, simply use the language selector at the bottom of the settings menu.
