New Dashboard: ATS Style 🥳

After receiving your feedback about how cumbersome it was to manage candidates (especially when you have more than 20-30 applicants), we made a significant change to the general layout, adopting a board style. Now, reviewing and managing candidates is much faster.

Main improvements:

• Column-based board according to the stage candidates are in
• Quick navigation to review all pending candidates
• Tagging system to manage recruitment processes
• Notes: You and your team can add notes on candidates
