Senior Business Product Owner AI & Knowledge Management

We're looking for a proactive and strategic Senior Business Product Owner – AI & Knowledge Management to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions for global customer service, driving the vision, roadmap, and adoption of advanced knowledge management platforms powered by AI.

🎯 Responsibilities

  1. Own the end-to-end product vision and translate user needs and business priorities into a strategic digital roadmap.
  2. Architect scalable global use cases and identify automation opportunities to optimize technical service operations.
  3. Shape the information architecture in collaboration with IT and subject matter experts, ensuring interoperability and compliance with standards.
  4. Ensure data compliance and design platform-specific governance aligned with overarching standards.
  5. Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through deployment, delivering on-time while managing dependencies and risks.
  6. Guide, mentor, and align multiple agile squads – including IT Solution Owners, Product Designers, and Developers – toward successful delivery.
  7. Collaborate with senior business leaders to align product strategies with corporate goals and partner with IT/Architecture teams to ensure technical scalability.

🛠️ Requirements

  1. Master’s degree in STEM or Economics / Business Administration, or equivalent experience at the intersection of business and technology.
  2. 5-10 years of experience in a high-tech, engineering, or service-oriented business environment.
  3. Understanding of global field operations and service workflows is a distinct advantage.
  4. Demonstrated knowledge of LLMs and related tech stack (e.g., RAG architectures, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI-ready data pipelines).
  5. Experience architecting scalable global workflows and delivering digital automation solutions end-to-end.
  6. Proven experience leading and aligning multiple cross-functional agile squads.
  7. Ability to bridge the gap between senior business leaders and IT/Architecture teams, build data-driven business cases, define KPIs, and maximize product ROI.

➕ Nice to have

  1. Field experience in diagnostic service businesses or comparable environments.
