Principal DevOps Engineer
We're looking for a skilled and visionary Principal DevOps Engineer (DevOps Lead) to drive technical excellence and help architect, build, and maintain large-scale, enterprise-level software systems.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and extensible software
- Ensure seamless integration with CI pipelines and contribute to continuous process improvement
- Independently design, plan, and deliver robust software solutions

- Act as an evangelist for adopting strong DevSecOps software development practices within the engineering community

🛠️ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), with at least 5 years in the software industry (AWS preferred)
- Strong scripting skills using shell, Python, Ruby, or similar languages
- Experience leading DevOps teams and building/maturing CI/CD pipelines
- Expertise in DevSecOps areas, including CI/CD, build & release, internal tooling, and production operations
- Hands-on system administration experience with Unix-based systems, including system configuration and networking (DNS, DHCP, routing tables, routing)
- Experience automating infrastructure as code (e.g., AWS CloudFormation, Terraform)
- Automation development experience using Chef or Ansible (desired)
- Experience deploying/managing large-scale distributed Unix environments
- Proficiency working with large-scale production systems and technologies, including load balancing, monitoring, distributed systems, and/or configuration management
- Familiarity with contemporary cloud platforms such as Docker, Mesos, and/or Kubernetes
- Experience in production operations, including logging and monitoring
- Experience in NOC (Network Operations Center) or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) is a plus

We're looking for an AI and Automation Engineer – Information Security Governance with a passion for transforming security governance through intelligent automation and AI-powered solutions.
🎯 Responsibilities
- AI Solution Development & Knowledge EngineeringOwn the development and roadmap of internal AI-based advisory tools, turning static security policies and knowledge base articles into interactive, intelligent agents. Build and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) data pipelines to ingest diverse sources—such as Google Docs, ServiceNow articles, and slide decks—into AI models for accurate, grounded advisory. Refine and tune language model (LLM) performance to deliver technically sound, user-friendly, and reliable security and privacy advice.
- Low-Code & Automation EngineeringLeverage low-code enterprise platforms (e.g., LEAP Outsystems or similar) to create self-service front-end interfaces for 24/7 employee access to security guidance. Identify manual bottlenecks in workflow processes (IRAAM, PETRA, OIA) and engineer automated solutions to enhance efficiency. Maintain and optimize operational tools (e.g., Google Apps Script) to ensure reliable data integration from sources such as Snowflake, Thoughtspot, and ServiceNow.
- Operational Excellence & SupportServe as the primary technical contact for AI and automation tool incidents, providing troubleshooting and coordinating with platform teams for permanent solutions. Support end-users and Information Security Coordinators to maximize the value of automated security tools. Analyze tool usage and AI response accuracy, proposing continuous improvements based on insights.
- Evangelism & PartnershipCollaborate with security and privacy experts to convert expertise into logic-based automation and AI workflows. Act as a subject matter expert, researching emerging AI and machine learning applications for threat identification and policy analysis.
🛠️ Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML applications and workflow automation.
- Proven ability in RAG and LLM integration, with experience engineering data pipelines and mitigating AI hallucinations for grounded outputs.
- Experience with enterprise-grade low-code technologies such as Outsystems (LEAP) or similar.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Ability to design complex data flows linking unstructured documents to structured AI outputs.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/Google Apps Script and Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Snowflake, Thoughtspot, or Tableau.
- Foundational knowledge of ServiceNow (GRC and ITSM) is an advantage.
- Understanding of information security principles and data privacy concepts.
- Strong skills in analytical problem solving and debugging complex automation or data issues.
