LGT Digital Factory was established in 2022 to secure the capabilities required to successfully execute the bank’s digitalisation strategy by creating and operating digital tools and user journeys to facilitate everyday interaction with their bank.

Senior Full Stack Developer

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who thrives in a dynamic team environment and is passionate about building innovative digital products.

🎯 Responsibilities

  1. Develop Wealth Management Web Application frontends using Angular or React and backends with Java, Spring Boot, and Go
  2. Engage in requirement analysis, solution design, and server-side logic development
  3. Ensure quality through unit test case creation and testing of new features
  4. Provide proactive input and exchange regarding best practices and future technology decisions in development meetings
  5. Maintain high quality for products and technology stacks during operations
  6. Provide maintenance and third-level support
  7. Manage codebases collaboratively using version control systems such as Git
  8. Implement caching mechanisms (e.g., browser and server-side caching)
  9. Monitor application performance using tools like Dynatrace and Open Telemetry
  10. Conduct load testing
  11. Lead efforts to integrate technologies such as cloud services (AWS, Azure) or DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines)

🛠️ Requirements

  1. Higher technical education in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
  2. 3-5 years of experience in full-stack development for web applications

Performance Engineer

We're looking for a motivated Performance Engineer with a passion for performance testing and optimization to join a dynamic team focused on delivering high-performing frontend solutions in a banking environment.

🎯 Responsibilities

  1. Regularly conduct performance, load, and stress tests on web applications to ensure compliance with defined SLAs.
  2. Analyze frontend performance using modern tools (such as Lighthouse, WebPageTest, Dynatrace) and browser developer tools.
  3. Identify performance bottlenecks across frontend, APIs, and infrastructure, and recommend improvements.
  4. Work closely with developers, testers, architects, and business stakeholders to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  5. Document test strategies, scenarios, and results, providing clear reporting for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Contribute to building a performance-first culture by coaching teams and incorporating testing early in the development lifecycle.
  7. Monitor production environments with real-user monitoring (RUM) and synthetic testing solutions.
  8. Proactively identify risks and potential degradations in application performance.
  9. Support troubleshooting of performance-related incidents across multiple system layers.

🛠️ Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. 2–4 years of experience in performance testing, ideally in banking or financial services.
  3. Strong knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, k6).
  4. Experience with frontend monitoring frameworks and developer tools.
  5. Proficiency in scripting and test automation (JavaScript, Python, or similar).
  6. Familiarity with CI/CD environments (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
