KrakenD is a high-performance API Gateway trusted by Fortune 500 companies, governments, and fast-scaling startups. Our open-source core runs on over 3M servers worldwide. We're a small, profitable, fully remote team of 9, recently acquired by Shop Circle. No VC pressure, no bureaucracy, just engineers solving hard infrastructure problems.

Work methodology
We're async-first and remote-native. No standups for the sake of standups, no death-by-meeting culture. We use Git for everything that matters, including documentation. Decisions are made by the people closest to the problem. Communication is direct, written, and transparent. We ship fast, iterate based on real feedback, and trust people to manage their own time. If you need hand-holding or constant validation, this isn't the place.
