AI-Driven Full Stack Developer React/Python

We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with advanced skills in React, Python, Django, and a passion for AI-assisted development.

🎯 Responsibilities

  1. Frontend Development: Design and implement responsive, intuitive user interfaces using React and TypeScript. Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes into functional experiences and implement state management solutions.
  2. Backend Development: Build scalable and secure APIs with Python and Django. Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas. Contribute to microservices development using Python and Golang as needed.
  3. AI-Driven Development: Collaborate with AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot) to generate, refactor, and maintain production-quality code, targeting at least 75% AI-assisted development. Design effective prompts, review AI outputs, and ensure high standards for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  4. Focus on software architecture and continuously refine AI-generated code and human-AI collaboration practices.
  5. Infrastructure & DevOps: Configure and manage AWS cloud services, work with Docker containers, implement CI/CD pipelines, and use serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda) when needed.

🛠️ Requirements

  1. 3+ years of experience in full stack development with production-ready applications
  2. Frontend: Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
  3. Backend: Solid experience with Python, Django, and PostgreSQL
  4. Cloud & APIs: Familiarity with AWS services and knowledge of RESTful API design and integration
  5. DevOps: Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
  6. Databases: Understanding of normalization and query optimization
  7. Collaboration: Proficient with Git and agile development practices
  8. Fluent in English at C1 level

➕ Nice to have

  1. Knowledge of Golang
  2. Fluency in Italian
