Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Python developer to join our team as a senior contributor. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our platform while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of talented professionals. What You’ll Do

Design and develop high-performance, secure, and scalable Python applications. Lead the development of new features and improve existing ones.

Collaborate with the team to solve complex technical challenges and ensure best practices.

Integrate with third-party APIs and build robust back-end services.

Contribute to architectural decisions and platform optimization.

Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to their technical growth.

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of professional experience with Python in production environments. Deep understanding of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL), ORM libraries, and data processing pipelines.

Experience in designing scalable, distributed systems.

Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). Strong grasp of cybersecurity best practices and secure coding principles. Passion for problem-solving, with excellent debugging and analytical skills.

Nice-to-Haves

Familiarity with other programming languages like Go or Rust.

Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.

Background in data analytics or machine learning is a plus.

GTM ENGINEER

The Role

We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to sit at the intersection of AI, automation, and go-to-market execution.

You’ll be part of the AI team, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance as key stakeholders. Your mission is to design, build, and automate GTM workflows that scale how we generate pipeline, engage customers, forecast revenue, and operate as a high-velocity SaaS company.

This is a hands-on, builder role for someone who enjoys turning messy GTM processes into clean, automated systems powered by AI.

What You’ll Do

1. Design and implement AI-powered automations across the GTM funnel (lead → opportunity → customer → expansion)
2. Build internal tools and workflows to support:
3. Lead enrichment, scoring, and routingSales research and account intelligenceMarketing operations and campaign executionRevenue forecasting and reporting
4. Integrate and orchestrate multiple GTM tools (CRM, marketing automation, data sources, internal systems)
5. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

What We’re Looking For

1. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Strong engineering mindset with experience building automation, internal tools, or integrations
3. Comfortable working with APIs, data pipelines, and workflows
4. Experience with or strong interest in AI / LLM-based systems
5. Python experience is a big plus (for agents, automation scripts, data processing)
6. Familiarity with GTM tools such as CRMs, marketing platforms, analytics, or finance systems (exact stack matters less than mindset)
7. Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
8. Bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous improvement

Nice to Have

1. Experience building AI agents or workflow orchestration systems
2. Background in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops environments
3. Exposure to data modeling, forecasting, or analytics

About the role

We're looking for a Junior AI Engineer to join our core team and help build the AI-powered engine behind Zynap's cybersecurity platform. You'll work hands-on with Python, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and the Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that detect and respond to cyber threats.

As part of a small team, you won't just write code — you'll help shape our technical direction, propose creative solutions, and take ownership of real features from day one.

What You'll Do

1. Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and models using Python and the Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) to enhance our cybersecurity platform.
2. Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and model deployment workflows on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
3. Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights relevant to cybersecurity threats.
4. Collaborate closely with the rest of the team to integrate AI capabilities into our product — in a team of 3, your voice matters in every decision.
5. Research and experiment with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and agentic frameworks to keep us ahead of the curve.
6. Create and maintain clear documentation for AI workflows, models, and results.
7. Evaluate, iterate on, and fine-tune model performance to meet evolving business and security objectives.

Who You Are

1. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
2. You have a strong academic background in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
3. You have hands-on experience with Python and are comfortable working with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
4. You have experience with (or a strong interest in learning) Google Cloud Platform services and the Google Agent Development Kit.
5. You're proficient in working with structured and unstructured data, and familiar with relevant databases and tooling.
6. You have familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, or a genuine curiosity and willingness to dive deep into the domain.
7. You're a team player who thrives in small, collaborative environments — you communicate openly, share ideas freely, and aren't afraid to challenge the status quo.
8. You think outside the box. We value creative problem-solvers who bring fresh perspectives and aren't limited by conventional approaches.
9. You have excellent communication skills and can convey technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
10. You have a high level of English; Spanish is a plus.
11. Prior experience in startups or fast-paced environments is a plus.
