Tetrax is an AI-powered climate-tech startup transforming how clean infrastrcture energy projects are assessed and de-risked. We help energy companies, developers, and investors move faster and safer by automating one of the most complex parts of the industry: due diligence, compliance, and project risk analysis.

Our core product, TetraxVerify, uses artificial intelligence to analyze massive volumes of technical, legal, and commercial project data in minutes instead of weeks—reducing risk, cutting transaction costs, and accelerating the global energy transition.

TetraxVerify supports solar, wind, battery storage, and other clean infrastructure assets, helping teams assess project readiness, identify risks early, and make better investment and development decisions. Our customers include renewable developers, IPPs, investment funds, and advisors across Europe who manage large, multi-country portfolios.

Founding Software Engineer (FullStack Leaning Frontend)

We're looking for a driven and experienced Founding Software Engineer to design, build, and operate powerful AI-driven software for high-impact renewable energy projects.

🎯 Responsibilities

Design, develop, and operate an AI-powered document processing pipeline capable of handling millions of documents and terabytes of data daily.
Maintain and manage platform infrastructure with a focus on high availability.
Continuously optimize and automate processes to maximize team efficiency.
Proactively propose and benchmark technical solutions that address customer business challenges.

Demonstrated experience building scalable software solutions for data-intensive applications.
Ability to assess trade-offs and strike the right balance between best practices, technical debt, and speed of execution.
