We're looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join a multidisciplinary team supporting digital and operational excellence in the pharmaceutical industry.

🎯 Responsibilities

1. Utilize SQL and Python to extract, profile, and analyze data for feature development and data cleansing.
2. Translate complex business rules into technical analytical specifications for engineering teams.
3. Ensure data products meet integrity, security, and validation standards in collaboration with validation teams.
4. Conduct deep-dive data exploration and review prospective data sources, identifying quality constraints and hidden value.
5. Contribute to conceptual and logical data modeling, partnering with product owners and architects to design data schemas.
6. Support data standardization initiatives and maintain data contracts, dictionaries, and metadata for clear data usage guidance.
7. Design, build, and maintain data product monitoring dashboards (e.g., in Tableau or PowerBI) to track and report KPIs, adoption, and user satisfaction.
8. Serve as the main point of contact for data product operational support, leading incident management and collaborating with data engineers on solutions.

🛠️ Requirements

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical technical operations, including project-based work and knowledge of industry regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, FDA) and Quality systems.
3. Highly proficient with data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
4. Intermediate to advanced SQL and Python skills for data extraction and transformation.
5. Strong analytical skills and ability to model complex data sets logically.
6. Experience with application support, incident management, and change control.
7. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (such as Jira or HP ALM).
8. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to present data product performance metrics to a range of audiences.
