We're looking for a motivated AI Strategy & Process Optimization Graduate Intern eager to modernize operational processes and support digital transformation efforts within a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Responsibilities

1. Analyze existing routine processes to identify opportunities for AI-driven optimization and efficiency improvements
2. Support the deployment and maintenance of intelligent solutions and help drive internal communication for smooth adoption
3. Assist in daily management of project documentation, ensuring data integrity and accessibility within Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), particularly DiaDoc and SAP
4. Integrate into day-to-day routines to develop a deep understanding of workflows and business interdependencies
5. Collaborate with cross-functional team members to solve problems and implement efficiency gains
6. Develop and support AI-based solutions tailored to organizational needs
7. Gain practical experience processing project documents in an international regulatory environment using EDMS tools
