We're looking for an analytical and creative AI Automation & Insights Analyst to build scalable workflows and generate actionable insights for growth teams in mobile analytics.

🎯 Responsibilities

1. Build end-to-end automated pipelines for data extraction, transformation, analysis, narrative creation, and report or deck output
2. Create automated insight workflows for:
3. ASO: keyword and conversion funnel insights, category and competitor monitoring, experiment ideas
4. UA: channel/campaign performance, creative insights, efficiency diagnostics, scaling recommendations
5. CRM: cohort/retention analysis, segmentation, lifecycle performance, churn and reactivation insights
6. Work hands-on in BigQuery (including via MCP servers as needed) to query, model, and validate data
7. Use AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI) for SQL, analysis, visualization, and narrative generation, ensuring high-quality outputs
8. Integrate data via APIs and orchestrate workflows with automation tools like n8n
9. Produce clear, executive-ready reports: concise takeaways, contextualized charts, and recommended actions
10. Implement QA checks, validation rules, and human-in-the-loop review for critical outputs

🛠️ Requirements

1. 2–5 years of experience in analytics, growth analytics, marketing analytics, BI, or similar roles
2. Strong SQL skills (BigQuery preferred) and experience handling real-world, imperfect datasets
3. Ability to translate analyses into actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences
4. Working knowledge of at least one: ASO, UA/performance marketing, or CRM/lifecycle marketing (and willingness to learn others)
5. Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and tools (prompting, structured outputs, code-assisted analysis)
6. Comfort with APIs, automation concepts (webhooks, JSON), and building repeatable processes
7. Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal

➕ Nice to have

1. Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or Airflow
2. Understanding of mobile measurement and privacy (MMPs, attribution, SKAN, incrementality)
3. Hands-on exposure to UA platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads) or CRM tools
4. Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript skills for scripting and automation
5. Experience creating dashboards or report templates (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or code-based charting)
