Infraone's job offers

Network Operations Center (NOC Level 1)

Working Office hours: Rotating shifts morning, afternoon, night (every 2 weeks)

Location: Barcelona HQ - Onsite

The Opportunity

As a Level 1 NOC Technician you will be part of our follow-the-sun operations team. Your mission is to monitor, troubleshoot, and restore network services that keep our customers’ plants, labs, and critical infrastructure running securely and without interruption.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Continuous monitoring of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPNs, and other network assets via dashboards and alerting tools
  2. First-line diagnosis and resolution of connectivity incidents (VLAN, DHCP, DNS, basic routing/switching)
  3. Execute standard changes (e.g., user access, guest Wi-Fi, basic policy updates) under run-books and change-control procedures
  4. Capture, classify, and update tickets; escalate to L2-L3 or field teams when required, ensuring accurate hand-over between shifts
  5. Perform daily service checks on critical systems and produce shift reports
  6. Maintain asset inventories and technical documentation
  7. Collaborate with Cyber-SOC and Infrastructure teams during security or performance events

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Vocational training or Associate Degree in Networks / Systems Administration (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  2. Working knowledge of TCP/IP, switching & routing fundamentals, and basic network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  3. Familiarity with ticketing and monitoring platforms
  4. English B2 is a must(written & spoken)

Nice-to-Have

  1. Vendor certifications (e.g., CCNA, Fortinet NSE 4, Palo Alto ACE)
  2. Scripting or automation exposure (Python, Ansible)
  3. Experience in industrial / OT networks
