Job Description

We're looking for a skilled DevOps Product Owner with a strong technical background to lead the evolution of DevOps platforms in a large-scale, high-availability environment. If you are passionate about guiding cloud, automation, and infrastructure strategy while working with cutting-edge technologies and Agile teams, this role is for you.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  1. Liderar la evolución del producto y las plataformas DevOps.
  2. Definir y priorizar el roadmap junto con equipos técnicos.
  3. Coordinar iniciativas de automatización, CI/CD e infraestructura Cloud.
  4. Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo, arquitectura y operaciones.
  5. Garantizar la mejora continua en las plataformas Kubernetes y Cloud.
  6. Definir prioridades funcionales y técnicas para maximizar el valor entregado.
  7. Participar en ceremonias Agile y gestionar el backlog.

🛠️ Requisitos

  1. Más de 6 años de experiencia en Software Engineering, DevOps o Technical Product Management.
  2. Experiencia como Product Owner o liderazgo técnico en plataformas DevOps.
  3. Nivel alto de inglés (mínimo B2).
  4. Experiencia con AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, RDS, IAM).
  5. Conocimientos en Kubernetes on-premise (kubeadm) y Rancher.
  6. Experiencia con Docker, Docker Compose y Docker Swarm.
  7. Experiencia con Azure (AKS, App Services, Azure Functions, Virtual Machines).
  8. Manejo de infraestructura como código: Terraform, Ansible, SaltStack.
  9. Experiencia en CI/CD: GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Helm, Helmfile.
  10. Conocimientos en monitorización: Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, AlertManager.
  11. Experiencia con VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter).
  12. Conocimientos en seguridad: Keycloak, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SOPS.
  13. Habilidad en desarrollo y scripting: Python, Bash, Java, JavaScript.
  14. Conocimientos en bases de datos y mensajería: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch.

➕ Deseable

  1. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer o certificaciones Cloud equivalentes.
  2. Experiencia con metodologías Scrum, Kanban o Agile.
  3. Conocimientos de Longhorn y MinIO.

  2. Modalidad híbrida (2-3 días presenciales por semana)
  3. Horario de 09:00 a 18:00
