Senior AI Creative Designer
We're looking for a creative and hands-on Senior Digital Designer (AI & Motion) to elevate the quality and impact of digital marketing campaigns through the use of advanced design and AI tools.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Own and drive creative execution for high-impact digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and new emerging channels.
- Design and deliver outstanding video and static assets, including key visuals, motion pieces, thumbnails, end screens, hero assets, and assets for both organic and paid media.
- Produce assets using AI tools, creating efficient workflows that accelerate ideation, production, localization, and iteration at scale.
- Leverage AI platforms to create 100% of the assets required for paid and organic media, hero visuals, landing pages, editing, and other ad hoc requests.
- Prototype, pitch, and validate new creative formats by analyzing performance data, platform trends, and audience behavior.
- Establish creative and technical standards for AI-assisted design and video production, and document best practices and workflows.
- Mentor and support junior designers by providing feedback, creative direction, and guidance on both craft and AI integration.
🛠️ Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in digital design, motion graphics, video, and AI-driven production, preferably in fast-paced or performance-driven settings.
- Proven ability to own creative projects end-to-end, from concept through execution and iteration, utilizing AI tools to optimize asset creation.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing creatives and the impact of design decisions on results.
- Advanced proficiency with design tools, including:
- Figma
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Generative AI tools for image, video, copy, and ideation
- Experience in integrating AI into daily design workflows.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Based in Madrid.

People Operations Data Analyst
We're looking for a passionate People Analytics Specialist eager to translate data into actionable insights that drive talent strategy and enhance the employee experience.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Act as the primary source for People data insights, supporting teams with informed decision-making
- Collaborate with HR and Talent teams to optimize processes through data-driven solutions
- Develop automated dashboards and reports to monitor key People metrics
- Utilize SQL and data visualization tools to streamline workflows and identify trends (experience with Google Cloud Platform is a plus)

- Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization
