Digitalization & Data Analyst (Temporary)

We're looking for a Digitalization & Data Analyst (Temporary) to support the digitalization and data strategy across energy projects by connecting business needs with effective digital solutions.

🎯 Responsibilities

  1. Provide functional support and user assistance for corporate and technical digital tools used in energy projects.
  2. Support the deployment, testing, and continuous improvement of digital solutions.
  3. Ensure proper data collection, structure, quality, and traceability.
  4. Standardize templates, formats, and best practices (data, reporting, and document management).
  5. Prepare basic reports and analyses for project and digitalization follow-up.
  6. Document processes, user guides, and internal procedures.
  7. Collaborate with engineering, project, and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into digital solutions.
  8. Support senior team members in operational and follow-up activities related to digitalization initiatives.

🛠️ Requirements

  1. University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Energy, Civil, Architecture or similar), Business Administration, or related fields with a strong interest in digitalization and processes.
  2. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, SharePoint).
  4. High level of English (C1).
  5. 2–3 years of experience.

Senior Cloud Infrastructure Architect

We're looking for an experienced Senior Cloud Infrastructure Architect to drive the technical vision for cloud-native and AI-powered enterprise infrastructure.

🎯 Responsibilities

  1. Provide strategic influence for Azure and AWS-based technology solutions to address complex business challenges.
  2. Collaborate with Cloud teams and leaders to develop long-term cloud strategy and vision.
  3. Enable implementation and governance of corporate Cloud strategy, ensuring alignment with Well Architected Framework pillars: Security, Cost Optimization, Operational Excellence, Reliability, and Performance Efficiency.
  4. Guide and govern architecture in partnership with development and architecture teams, sharing expertise, guidelines, and best practices.
  5. Define standards for networking (hub-spoke, VWAN, ExpressRoute/Direct Connect), identity (Entra ID, SCPs), and governance (Azure Policy, AWS Organizations, guardrails).
  6. Collaborate with Security, Data, and Networking teams to develop cross-infrastructure models across on-premises, cloud, and edge environments.
  7. Contribute to AIOps strategy, including intelligent monitoring, anomaly detection, predictive capacity planning, and automated remediation.
  8. Promote FinOps and AIOps synergies by applying AI-driven cost anomaly detection and rightsizing recommendations across business units.
  9. Enforce cloud automation standards defined by the Core team, supporting automation-first operations.
  10. Lead proofs of concept with external partners for new solutions, AI tooling, and infrastructure components.
  11. Act as a thought leader and collaborator with other teams to foster a DevSecOps and agile culture.

🛠️ Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience with large-scale cloud solutions.
  2. At least 3 years delivering Azure-based Cloud Platforms.
  3. Hands-on experience designing and governing enterprise Landing Zones and cross-functional cloud infrastructure across multiple accounts or subscriptions.
  4. Experience implementing AIOps practices such as AI-driven monitoring, automated remediation, and predictive operations.
  5. Strong background in cloud-native development, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep), containers (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
  6. Solid knowledge of cloud networking (hub-spoke, VWAN, ExpressRoute), security best practices (Zero Trust, policy-as-code), and observability platforms.
  7. Familiarity with AI/ML cloud services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker) and MLOps workflows.
  8. Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
  9. Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and technology partner management skills.
  10. Mentoring and advisory abilities to support cloud engineers and architects.
  11. High level of English required.
