We're looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join a Risk and Finance Data Controls and Oversight team supporting an international banking project. This role focuses on designing, developing, and operating data controls that assure the accuracy of data used for regulatory and financial reporting. The environment is dynamic due to ongoing regulatory changes, and strong analytical skills are required to deliver efficient, timely data control and support stakeholders in mitigating data risk.

🎯 Responsibilities

1. Design and implement data quality controls
2. Optimize mitigation controls throughout the data flow
3. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) of controls implemented across teams
4. Ensure controls comply with documentation and governance standards
5. Develop dashboards to display control results using Power BI

🛠️ Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis
2. Intermediate skills in SQL, Microsoft Power Automate, and Power BI
3. Methodical and rigorous approach to handling multiple concurrent deliverables
4. Keen attention to detail and high accuracy in all tasks and outputs
5. Clear and effective communication skills for interaction with internal stakeholders and senior management
6. Logical problem-solving ability for code-related incidents
7. Competence in analyzing and interpreting technical data and defining clear actions
8. Fluency in English

1. Experience in the banking or financial sectors
2. Knowledge of Agile methodologies
