We're looking for a passionate AI First GenAI Engineer (.NET/Azure) who is eager to drive AI innovation and reshape how software is built and delivered.

🎯 Responsibilities

1. Lead and champion AI and Generative AI initiatives, defining how AI is adopted and scaled in the software delivery process.
2. Challenge legacy software development practices by introducing faster, smarter, AI-enabled approaches.
3. Identify opportunities where AI and GenAI can improve workflows, boost productivity, reduce cycle times, or unlock new capabilities.
4. Drive continuous experimentation through idea proposals, prototyping, validation, and rapid iteration.
5. Transition AI use cases from proofs of concept to production-ready, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
6. Share knowledge, best practices, and insights across the team from AI experiments and implementations.
7. Collaborate closely with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to convert innovation into measurable results.
8. Take proactive ownership to improve delivery, quality, and team impact through AI adoption.

🛠️ Requirements

1. 8+ years of professional experience in .NET development, with a focus on .NET 8.
2. Advanced proficiency with C# (version 11 or higher) and strong object-oriented programming skills.
3. Proven experience designing and building RESTful APIs and integrating backend services in distributed systems.
4. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, specifically Azure Durable Functions for cloud-native, scalable, and event-driven solutions.
5. Deep experience designing and optimizing data models and access patterns with Azure Cosmos DB.
6. Strong engineering discipline with experience in unit testing, code reviews, and building maintainable, high-quality solutions.
7. Proven hands-on experience integrating AI or GenAI capabilities into real systems (e.g., assistants, copilots, summarization, classification, automation, or decision-support tools).
8. Natural curiosity and drive to experiment, challenge the status quo, and propose innovative, evidence-based solutions.
9. Motivation to share AI knowledge and build an AI-driven culture within the team.

1. Experience with tools and practices in DevOps, Git, HTML, JavaScript, and fullstack .NET development.
