We're looking for a highly skilled Lead Cloud Operations & SRE Engineer to provide technical direction and drive strategic initiatives to enhance infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance.

🎯 Responsibilities

1. Set the technical vision for the SRE team to align with business and technical strategies
2. Define and implement strategies for infrastructure optimization, cost management, and scalability
3. Oversee high-level incident management and coordinate response efforts, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders via platforms such as SNOW and JIRA
4. Identify and implement improvements to platform resilience, reliability, and cost profile
5. Lead automation initiatives of operational processes to improve efficiency in the cloud environment
6. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Security, and Support teams to ensure all requirements and standards are met
7. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in operations, reliability engineering, and team practices

🛠️ Requirements

1. Proven experience in site reliability engineering
2. Strong expertise in AWS, AWS Direct Connect, and Kubernetes
3. Ability to provide technical leadership and vision for cloud operations and SRE teams
4. Excellent incident management and communication skills
5. High level of English proficiency
