🎯 Responsibilities

1. Collaborate within a cross-functional Agile team operating under a DevOps model
2. Design, develop, deploy, release, and monitor high-quality software applications
3. Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
4. Work with business stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
5. Participate in planning, backlog refinement, and feature definition sessions
6. Work closely with Solution Architects to align developments with architectural strategies
7. Contribute to Software Engineering communities, share knowledge, and mentor colleagues
8. Ensure code quality, maintainability, testing, and adherence to engineering standards
9. Promote continuous improvement and ownership throughout the software development lifecycle

🛠️ Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer in enterprise environments
2. Expertise in Java and Spring Boot
3. Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures
4. Strong knowledge of React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
5. Experience with Oracle SQL or similar relational databases
6. Understanding of DevOps principles, Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Deployment (CD)
7. Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and/or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
8. Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments
9. Familiarity with OpenAPI specifications and UML
10. Experience working within Agile methodologies
11. Strong communication skills and excellent English (written and spoken)
12. Proactive mindset, ownership attitude, and passion for software engineering

➕ Nice to have

1. Experience with Kafka and Avro for streaming and event-driven architectures
2. Previous work in banking, financial services, or highly regulated environments
3. Exposure to cloud-native architectures and modern microservices ecosystems
