We're ready to bring on a founding CTO as we scale. You'll shape the product roadmap, lead technical strategy, own key customer relationships and help us raise our next round.

You'll inherit two strong founding engineers and a production system processing thousands of daily conversations. The foundation is solid and we’re looking for the person to take it to the next level.

What you'll own & requirements

AI & technical depth

1. Deep understanding of LLMs, agent orchestration and applied AI in production
2. Proven experience with RAG, tool calling, evaluation frameworks and production-grade AI systems
3. Architecture and scaling of TypeScript SaaS platforms, PostgreSQL-backed systems (query performance, indexing, partitioning), messaging infrastructure and cloud-native multi-geography deployments
4. Build an AI-first engineering culture: agentic workflows, AI-assisted development and automation as a first instinct

Product ownership

1. Full ownership of product vision and roadmap, not just execution
2. Translate customer and market signals into product decisions fast
3. Strong product intuition for B2B AI: know what a great end-user experience actually feels like

External stakeholder management

1. Own key customer relationships on a weekly basis, treat customer feedback as primary input for product development
2. Represent the technical and product vision credibly in board and fundraising conversations
3. Build trust externally as a visible co-founder, not just an internal operator

Execution & velocity

1. Proven track record in high-velocity, high-iteration environments
2. Know what not to build: ruthless prioritization
3. Willing to be hands-on early (code, architecture, incidents) while building toward delegation

Team & founder mindset

1. Proven track record managing lean, high-performance teams
2. 8+ years of experience in technical leadership, product or engineering roles
3. Co-founder mentality — equity-motivated, comfortable with early-stage ambiguity and wearing multiple hats
4. Fluent or native working in English
