We're looking for a senior, backend-oriented Full Stack Java/Angular Developer with an AI-native engineering mindset to build and support enterprise applications for issuance monitoring and management, as well as distribution, pricing, and processing platforms.

🎯 Responsibilities

1. Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of innovative enterprise applications.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements and define technical solutions.
3. Design and develop application modules and microservices-based solutions.
4. Develop and maintain backend and frontend components using modern technologies and frameworks.
5. Create and execute test cases to ensure software quality and reliability.
6. Participate in CI/CD processes, deployments, and production support activities.
7. Diagnose and resolve incidents, performance bottlenecks, and application issues.
8. Contribute to architecture discussions, technical decisions, and engineering best practices.
9. Use repositories, DevOps pipelines, and software development tools effectively.
10. Promote clean code, maintainability, observability, and security best practices.
11. Mentor junior developers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.

🤖 AI-Native Engineering

1. Leverage AI-assisted development tools throughout the software development life cycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
2. Use AI coding assistants and autonomous engineering tools such as Devin, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Sourcegraph Cody, and Continue.dev.
3. Apply AI-driven approaches to code generation and refactoring, documentation, test generation and validation, debugging, root cause analysis, code reviews, quality improvements, and SDLC automation.
4. Understand the capabilities, limitations, and appropriate use of Large Language Models (LLMs) in software engineering workflows.
5. Contribute to the adoption of AI engineering best practices, governance, and secure use of AI tools in enterprise environments.
6. Stay current with emerging AI engineering trends, frameworks, and development accelerators.

🛠️ Requirements

1. At least 5 years of experience as a full stack software developer, preferably with a backend focus.
2. C1 level of Spanish and English.
3. Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA.
4. Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
5. Experience with relational databases and SQL technologies, such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.
6. Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
7. Experience with Git, GitHub, and collaborative development workflows.
8. Experience working with microservices architecture.
9. Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
10. Experience with Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum.
11. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and OpenShift.
12. Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools in real software engineering workflows.
13. Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted development practices.
14. Experience integrating AI into engineering processes and delivery pipelines.
15. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
16. Passion for innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.
