We’re looking for a senior engineer who goes beyond just shipping features — someone who understands the business behind the product, challenges requirements, and builds solutions that actually solve problems.

You will be part of a small, highly collaborative team with strong ownership and direct impact on the product.

1. Design and implement backend systems and APIs (Python, FastAPI/Django)
2. Build and improve frontend features (Vue.js)
3. Work with data-intensive systems and optimize performance (SQL/NoSQL)
4. Design and implement AI-powered features and workflows
5. Work on orchestration of AI agents and integrations with LLMs
6. Contribute to architecture and technical decisions
7. Review code and uphold engineering standards
8. Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders
9. Translate business problems into technical solutions
10. Take ownership beyond implementation, understanding impact and trade-offs
11. Own features end-to-end: from design to deployment and monitoring

Requirements:

🎯What We’re Looking For Must-have

1. 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
2. Strong experience with Python
3. Experience with FastAPI and/or Django
4. Solid experience with JavaScript and Vue.js
5. Strong understanding of SQL databases and query optimization
6. Experience building production-grade APIs
7. Hands-on experience building AI-powered features (LLMs, embeddings, etc.)
8. Experience orchestrating AI agents or multi-step AI workflows (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar)
9. Strong knowledge of agentic AI workflows (Claude, Codex, etc.), with demonstrated curiosity and continuous learning about the rapidly evolving AI landscape
10. Strong product mindset: ability to understand business problems and propose solutions, not just execute tasks
11. Ability to work with ambiguity and think end-to-end across systems
12. Fluent in English

Nice to have

1. Experience with AWS (ECS, S3, RDS, etc.)
2. Experience with data pipelines or ETL systems
3. Frontend performance optimization experience
4. Familiarity with CI/CD and modern deployment workflows
5. Experience in B2B SaaS environments
