We're looking for a driven and innovative Senior QA AI Engineer to help transform QA processes by integrating AI solutions within a dynamic environment.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Explore, configure, and evaluate AI tools for issue detection, code change analysis, product risk identification, and QA workflow improvements.
• Build AI-assisted quality checks for merge requests, peer reviews, CI workflows, and product change validation.
• Assess how new code aligns with existing patterns, product behaviors, known risks, and historical defects.
• Validate AI-generated findings, ensuring usefulness, explainability, actionability, and minimal false positives.
• Help define and roll out AI-assisted quality gates in core repositories and CI workflows.
• Translate QA knowledge into prompts, workflows, playbooks, checklists, and scalable evaluation criteria for teams.
• Partner with developers, QA engineers, automation engineers, architects, product managers, and QE Champions to embed quality earlier in the lifecycle.
• Identify high-value AI-for-QA use cases such as regression analysis, impact assessment, exploratory testing, and release risk evaluation.
• Run structured experiments to measure and refine AI quality checks based on real outcomes.
• Contribute to QA ownership initiatives including quality playbooks, scorecard baselines, and product-team enablement.

🛠️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including hands-on testing of complex products, platforms, games, or large-scale applications.
• Senior-level QA skills, including risk analysis, exploratory testing, defect investigation, regression assessment, and release quality evaluation.
• A passion for AI and direct experience using AI tools to enhance analysis, investigation, documentation, testing, code insight, or workflows.
• Familiarity with Git workflows, pull requests, code reviews, CI/CD concepts, SDLC practices, and modern engineering collaboration.
• Ability to differentiate significant quality risks from low-value AI outputs and critically challenge AI findings.
• Strong communication skills to explain quality risks, AI findings, and improvement opportunities to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous areas where processes, tooling, and success criteria are evolving.

➕ Nice to Have

• Experience in gaming, Unity-based products, live operations, backend systems, APIs, logs, databases, or complex client-server architectures.
• Basic scripting, automation awareness, timely engineering, AI agents, static analysis, quality gates, QA metrics, or experience creating QA playbooks and scorecards.
