We're looking for a driven Product Owner to lead product development at the intersection of business needs, technology, and customer experience. Your mission will be to ensure effective delivery aligned with user needs and business goals.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and design teams to define and execute product strategy
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, managing feature and technical work based on impact and feasibility
- Translate high-level goals into clear user stories and actionable acceptance criteria
- Align stakeholders around product vision, roadmap, and delivery timelines
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, data, and market trends to inform product decisions
- Ensure product delivery meets user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility
🛠️ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a SaaS setting (B2B experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, especially SCRUM
- Experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and working with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of the product lifecycle and iterative development
- Comfort collaborating with UX/UI designers and developers to turn concepts into reality
- Solid understanding of APIs, with the ability to discuss technical dependencies with engineers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach
- Advanced English proficiency

- Fixed annual compensation: 45k-50k€ plus 10% bonus

Proceso de contratación
1. Cultural fit interview to get to know each other. We won't cover any technical aspects. We will try to understand what motivates you, which are your main drivers and we will share with you ours, to make sure that there is a match!
2. Technical home exercise
3. Technical interview: Here we will go into technical details and understanding on how you solved the exercise.
4. References + Meeting the team: We will ask you for some references from an ex-manager or ex-team mates. Also, you will meet the team that you will work with in the future.
5. job offer: If everything goes well, we will send you an offer.
