ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Your main role here will be to build the product which is developed predominantly using Typescript and MongoDB on the backend, React on the frontend and python for the data extraction and data parsing services. You will be part of the product team, creating new features and improving the already existing ones.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

1. Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain software in a thriving environment.
2. The work will focus mostly on creating new features for our tech product and make improvements on the existing ones.
3. Work within your cross-functional team (designers, engineers, …) to uphold the highest technical standards right across the product.
4. Test, learn and iterate features based on market needs and customers’ feedback.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Background:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a startup environment in similar roles (preferably if you have been in different startups).
2. You have worked using agile methodologies (preferably SCRUM).

Skills:

1. Knowledge in object-oriented programming following industry best practices such as SOLID, Clean Code, Design Patterns, Unit Testing, TDD, CI/CD, etc.
2. Automatic testing knowledge and experience.
3. Work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
4. Communication and organisational skills.
5. Language Skills: full professional proficiency in English.

Como Sales Engineer, tendrás la oportunidad de integrarte estrechamente con nuestros clientes estratégicos, actuando como consultor técnico, solucionador de problemas y desarrollador experto. Estarás en primera línea tanto en la fase pre-venta como post-venta, asegurando la correcta adopción y el máximo aprovechamiento de nuestras soluciones.

Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

1. Technical Sales Support: Colaborar con el equipo de Sales en oportunidades estratégicas aportando expertise técnico, resolviendo cuestiones complejas de “due diligence” y ayudando a asegurar el cierre técnico.
2. Deployment Scoping & Planning: En fase pre-venta, trabajar junto al equipo de ventas y al equipo de implementación del cliente para definir el alcance técnico, diseñar el roadmap de implementación y establecer criterios claros de éxito (time-to-value).
3. Implementation Engineering: Liderar la implementación técnica e integración de las soluciones de Permisso dentro de la infraestructura del cliente, a menudo con data pipelines complejos y protocolos de seguridad.
4. Customer Integration: Trabajar mano a mano con los equipos técnicos del cliente (IT, Engineering, Security) para diseñar, programar y desplegar nuestras soluciones de APIs, garantizando una interoperabilidad fluida.
5. Product Feedback Loop: Capturar insights técnicos profundos y peticiones de funcionalidades desde el mercado, actuando como nexo entre las necesidades del cliente y el equipo interno de Product para influir en el roadmap.
6. Best Practices Development: Crear, documentar y estandarizar patrones reutilizables de despliegue y playbooks técnicos para mejorar la eficiencia de futuras implementaciones.
7. Measurable Value: Asegurar que cada implementación entregue un valor técnico y de negocio claro y previamente acordado con el cliente.

Para tener éxito en este rol, deberías contar con:

1. Background en Software Engineering (SWE), Solutions Architecture o Technical Consulting, con al menos 3 años de experiencia práctica en coding y despliegues, preferiblemente en compañías B2B SaaS o de software enterprise.
2. Sólido conocimiento en API design, data structures, cloud infrastructure (GCP) y conceptos de enterprise security.
3. Español nativo y nivel avanzado de inglés (imprescindible para trabajar con clientes europeos).
4. Excelentes capacidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, con experiencia demostrable en debug de sistemas complejos en entornos de producción.
5. Experiencia en roles de cara a cliente, traduciendo conceptos técnicos a públicos tanto técnicos como no técnicos.
6. Alta ética de trabajo, mentalidad proactiva, orientación al trabajo en equipo y compromiso con el éxito del cliente.
7. Disponibilidad para viajar de forma puntual a las instalaciones de los clientes cuando sea necesario para despliegues estratégicos.

Qué te ofrecemos:

1. Salario fijo competitivo: 45.000 € – 65.000 € brutos anuales, según experiencia y skills demostradas.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Your main role here will be to ensure that our product meets the specified requirements and functions as intended:

1. API and UI manual testing during the development process.
2. Before releases, conduct manual testing to verify the functionality of the system, both UI and API.
3. Create test plans and design test cases to ensure features are meeting the acceptance criteria.
4. Detect and isolate the repeatability steps of application errors, and post a clear and accurate description of each bug found.
5. Provide feedback concerning the quality of the application.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

To excel in this role, you should have:

1. Experience conducting manual testing and strong attention to detail.
2. Knowledge testing both frontend and backend of a web application.
3. Experience with Postman as a tool for API testing.
4. Understand databases and being able to write queries (preferably MongoDB)
5. Experience using issue tracking tools such as Jira.
6. You have worked using agile methodologies (preferably SCRUM).

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:

1. Fixed annual compensation 25k€-35k€ + 10% bonus.
