We're looking for a motivated Data Analyst Intern who is passionate about using data to drive impact and innovation. This internship runs for 6 months, starting in January 2027.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Ensure reliability and accessibility of data from various sources
- Maintain and develop dashboards for the operations team
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support business decisions and identify growth opportunities
- Conduct in-depth analyses on projects intersecting Operations, Quality, and HR (recruitment, upskilling, etc.)
- Propose and implement operational improvements
- Improve productivity for multiple business teams
- Automate bonus calculations for a large sales team
- Create innovative tools to automate team tasks
- Implement alerting systems to monitor issues and anticipate market changes
🛠️ Requirements
- Currently studying or recently graduated from an engineering or business school, ideally with a strong focus on data, technology, analytics, or quantitative subjects
- At least 6 months of experience (internship or similar) in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a technical field; relevant academic, personal, or side projects also considered
- Hands-on experience with SQL for querying and analyzing data
- Experience with data processing and visualization tools; knowledge of Tableau, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, or Metabase is a plus (skills can be developed further during the internship)
- Strong interest in data, technology, and digital products; exposure to data science or advanced analytics is a bonus
- Curious and proactive mindset with the drive to explore and improve processes
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently
- Clear communicator capable of adapting explanations for technical and non-technical audiences
- Good level of English
