Founded in 2015, papernest is a French startup, member of the French Tech 120, which helps everyone in the daily management of contracts and subscriptions.

Specialized in the procedures related to moving out, the platform allows users to centralize, cancel and subscribe subscriptions in a few clicks.

Since 2015, papernest has grown significantly: more than 1 000,000 users have been won over, 1000 collaborators, 4 markets in Europe and offices in Paris, Reims, and Barcelona.

Data analyst intern

We're looking for a motivated Data Analyst Intern who is passionate about using data to drive impact and innovation. This internship runs for 6 months, starting in January 2027.

🎯 Responsibilities

  1. Ensure reliability and accessibility of data from various sources
  2. Maintain and develop dashboards for the operations team
  3. Perform ad hoc analyses to support business decisions and identify growth opportunities
  4. Conduct in-depth analyses on projects intersecting Operations, Quality, and HR (recruitment, upskilling, etc.)
  5. Propose and implement operational improvements
  6. Improve productivity for multiple business teams
  7. Automate bonus calculations for a large sales team
  8. Create innovative tools to automate team tasks
  9. Implement alerting systems to monitor issues and anticipate market changes

🛠️ Requirements

  1. Currently studying or recently graduated from an engineering or business school, ideally with a strong focus on data, technology, analytics, or quantitative subjects
  2. At least 6 months of experience (internship or similar) in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a technical field; relevant academic, personal, or side projects also considered
  3. Hands-on experience with SQL for querying and analyzing data
  4. Experience with data processing and visualization tools; knowledge of Tableau, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, or Metabase is a plus (skills can be developed further during the internship)
  5. Strong interest in data, technology, and digital products; exposure to data science or advanced analytics is a bonus
  6. Curious and proactive mindset with the drive to explore and improve processes
  7. Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently
  8. Clear communicator capable of adapting explanations for technical and non-technical audiences
  9. Good level of English
