That's why we are passionate about creating tailor-made software solutions for our customers in Switzerland. We are building our solutions on Microsoft technologies such as the .NET framework, Azure, Dynamics 365 and Office 365.

We have a strong company behind us, but we feel like a start-up in Barcelona. We love Microsoft technology and build great solutions for our customers. We want to protect you as an employee from bureaucracy and unnecessary meetings. We appreciate your work and want to treat you as a human being.

Metodología de trabajo

We're organized into squads. Each squad consists of developers from Barcelona and Switzerland. Each squad works on one project. The Swiss colleagues take over the communication with the customer. In most projects, we use Scrum as a project methodology. At isolutions there are no unnecessary meetings. We have flat hierarchies and an open feedback culture. When problems arise, we look for solutions and not for the guilty one.
