We're looking for an experienced Java Senior Software Engineer to join the Machine Learning Production Platform Team and drive the development and operation of an advanced ML platform.

🎯 Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain the infrastructure and tools needed for operating machine learning models in production environments
2. Collaborate closely with Data Scientists to support running ML predictions at scale
3. Build and operate essential components of an online ML platform, including data tracking and feature stores
4. Work with innovative technologies such as Java17, Kafka, Cassandra, Postgres, BigQuery, BigTable, Redis, Neo4j, and Datamesh
5. Operate in a cloud-based, continuous delivery environment using Docker, Kubernetes, and GCP
6. Ensure high-quality code through monitoring tools like Sonarqube and Datadog
7. Challenge the status quo, contribute new ideas, and actively influence product and process improvements

🛠️ Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Java Software Engineer, ideally at a senior level
2. Hands-on experience working with production-level machine learning platforms or infrastructure
3. Familiarity with modern Java (Java17), data-related technologies (Kafka, Cassandra, Postgres, etc.), and cloud environments (Docker, Kubernetes, GCP)
4. Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, innovative mindset
5. Ability to work effectively within a diverse, open-minded Agile team environment

1. Experience using applied AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI-powered coding assistants
2. Curiosity and an experimentation mindset to explore and integrate AI-driven development solutions
