We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join the team and work with us in an hybrid working model (Barcelona or Madrid).

Responsabilities:

• Design elegant, user-friendly interfaces that enhance Zynap’s cybersecurity platform.

• Translate complex user needs into clean, functional, and visually appealing UI designs.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless handoff and design implementation.

• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on real-world usage.

• Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.

• Help maintain and evolve our design system and UI component library.

• Stay current with UX/UI trends and best practices to continually raise the design bar, with an special focus on data visualization and products to make data-driven decisions.

Who you are

• Strong academic background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• Solid understanding of UX principles and user-centered design methodologies.

• Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD within a collaborative environment.

• A keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and passion for clean, pixel-perfect design.

• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus for effective collaboration with developers.

• Strong analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience designing B2B products with a heavy component of data management and visualization.

• Proactivity and efficiency to use third-party libraries and evolve design systems to optimize the process of generating new components and views.

• Prior experience in startups or fast-paced environments is a plus.

• High level of English; Spanish is a plus.
