Job Description
GTM ENGINEER
The Role
We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to sit at the intersection of AI, automation, and go-to-market execution.
You’ll be part of the AI team, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance as key stakeholders. Your mission is to design, build, and automate GTM workflows that scale how we generate pipeline, engage customers, forecast revenue, and operate as a high-velocity SaaS company.
This is a hands-on, builder role for someone who enjoys turning messy GTM processes into clean, automated systems powered by AI.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement AI-powered automations across the GTM funnel (lead → opportunity → customer → expansion)
- Build internal tools and workflows to support:
- Lead enrichment, scoring, and routingSales research and account intelligenceMarketing operations and campaign executionRevenue forecasting and reporting
- Integrate and orchestrate multiple GTM tools (CRM, marketing automation, data sources, internal systems)
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Work closely with the AI team to:
- Build agents and automations using LLMsPrototype and productionize AI workflowsImprove reliability, observability, and performance of GTM automations
- Continuously identify bottlenecks and opportunities to replace manual GTM work with automation
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong engineering mindset with experience building automation, internal tools, or integrations
- Comfortable working with APIs, data pipelines, and workflows
- Experience with or strong interest in AI / LLM-based systems
- Python experience is a big plus (for agents, automation scripts, data processing)
- Familiarity with GTM tools such as CRMs, marketing platforms, analytics, or finance systems (exact stack matters less than mindset)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
- Bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous improvement
Nice to Have
- Experience building AI agents or workflow orchestration systems
- Background in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops environments
- Exposure to data modeling, forecasting, or analytics
- Startup or high-growth SaaS experience
