Financial Data Analyst
We're looking for a skilled Financial Data Analyst to deliver portfolio analysis, performance reporting, and financial data services for international customers and Network Partners.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Manage relationships and activities with Network Partners and customers
- Produce professional customer and Network Partner data analytics and reports
- Streamline processes and data analysis to support excellent delivery standards
- Monitor portfolio data and performance
- Monitor and implement customer satisfaction metrics proactively
- Establish best practices to optimize service delivery
- Ensure financial and accounting closing activities are completed by the required deadlines
- Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Finance, subject matter experts, and other teams to identify relevant data sources
- Support the development and improvement of operational and customer reports
- Work alongside experts across different technology domains
- Contribute ideas and practical solutions in a collaborative team environment
🛠️ Requirements
- University degree, preferably in an analytical or numerical field such as Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics
- 3–5 years of relevant experience related to the responsibilities above
- Proven experience in financial reporting and/or accounting
- Strong understanding of financial data processes
- Excellent understanding of data administration and management, including data collection, analysis, and distribution
- Ability to work with large data sets across different business segments and extrapolate findings to support decision-making
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Business-fluent English, written and spoken, for customer-facing communication with international stakeholders
- Strong communication, presentation, project management, and relationship skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines under pressure
- Proactive, detail-oriented approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team
➕ Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of the insurance business
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
- Previous experience in consulting or auditing

Data Engineer (Databricks, Python, Spark)
We're looking for an experienced Data Engineer with expertise in Databricks, Python, and Spark to design, develop, enhance, and maintain a complex data hub supporting business-critical operations and large-scale analytics within Investment Management.
🎯 Role overview
You'll work with a global team of Investment professionals to unlock value from Bloomberg and other financial data, support investment teams with data insights and reporting, and help expand a rapidly growing platform.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Work with the team to understand platform capabilities and identify opportunities to improve and expand them.
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain complex data pipeline products supporting business-critical operations and large-scale analytics applications.
- Support internal Investment Management clients by understanding their needs and challenges.
- Help establish high standards for processes, methodologies, technology choices, and engineering practices.
- Learn new concepts quickly and stay current with advances in data engineering and AI.
- Dedicate time to continuous learning and share relevant developments with the team.
- Collaborate with experts across different technology domains.
- Contribute ideas and creativity to a collaborative team environment.
🛠️ Requirements
- At least 3 years of Data Engineering experience, including at least 2 years designing and building Databricks data pipelines.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, Spark SQL, and/or Scala.
- At least 2 years of experience with Big Data pipelines or DAG tools, such as Data Factory, Airflow, dbt, or similar.
- At least 2 years of Spark experience, particularly Databricks Spark and Delta Lake.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience implementing Big Data solutions in a cloud ecosystem, including Data Lakes or Delta Lakes.
- Experience with AI, LLMs, Databricks Genie, or similar tools.
- Comfort speaking English.
- A positive attitude and a proactive, can-do approach.
➕ Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Azure cloud. Experience with AWS, GCP, or another cloud platform may be considered instead.
- Experience with conceptual, logical, and/or physical database design.
- At least 2 years of SQL experience, including writing complex, highly optimized queries across large volumes of data.
- Experience working in a controlled environment using GitHub and CI/CD release pipelines.
- Experience with financial data providers such as Bloomberg within asset management, investment management, or another financial services organization.
