We're looking for a skilled Financial Data Analyst to deliver portfolio analysis, performance reporting, and financial data services for international customers and Network Partners.

🎯 Responsibilities

1. Manage relationships and activities with Network Partners and customers
2. Produce professional customer and Network Partner data analytics and reports
3. Streamline processes and data analysis to support excellent delivery standards
4. Monitor portfolio data and performance
5. Monitor and implement customer satisfaction metrics proactively
6. Establish best practices to optimize service delivery
7. Ensure financial and accounting closing activities are completed by the required deadlines
8. Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Finance, subject matter experts, and other teams to identify relevant data sources
9. Support the development and improvement of operational and customer reports
10. Work alongside experts across different technology domains
11. Contribute ideas and practical solutions in a collaborative team environment

🛠️ Requirements

1. University degree, preferably in an analytical or numerical field such as Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics
2. 3–5 years of relevant experience related to the responsibilities above
3. Proven experience in financial reporting and/or accounting
4. Strong understanding of financial data processes
5. Excellent understanding of data administration and management, including data collection, analysis, and distribution
6. Ability to work with large data sets across different business segments and extrapolate findings to support decision-making
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
8. Advanced Excel knowledge
9. Business-fluent English, written and spoken, for customer-facing communication with international stakeholders
10. Strong communication, presentation, project management, and relationship skills
11. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines under pressure
12. Proactive, detail-oriented approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team

➕ Nice to have

1. Basic knowledge of the insurance business
2. Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
3. Previous experience in consulting or auditing
