The Opportunity

As an Infrastructure Consultant, you will join the Infrastructure team supporting some of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in Europe.

Your mission is to ensure the administration and reliability of all systems that support production processes, from core IT services to industrial OT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administration and maintenance of virtual environments (VMware ESXi / vSphere)
2. Management of Microsoft Active Directory services (AD-DS, AD-CS, AD-LDS, DNS, DHCP, DFS) and Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
3. Administration and support of Microsoft Windows Server 2019 and later
4. Management of remote desktop infrastructures (Terminal Server / RDS, RD-GW, VDI)
5. Operation of backup platforms (e.g., ArcServe, Veeam)
6. Support in the administration of storage infrastructures, including hyperconverged systems (e.g., vSAN with Dell EMC technologies)
7. Basic understanding of switching and firewall technologies, with the ability to perform simple tasks
8. Understanding client needs and contributing to the evolution of infrastructure solutions
9. Supporting the design and optimization of scalable architectures for industrial environments

Minimum Qualifications

1. Higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
2. Experience in system administration
3. Organizational and task prioritization skills
4. Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork
5. Fluent English skills
6. Availability to go to client's offices in Maresme or Vallés 3-4 days per week

Nice-to-Have

1. Relevant technical certifications (e.g., VMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization [VCP-DCV], Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate)
2. Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
3. Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry standards and validation requirements
