We're looking for an experienced IT Service Owner (Java) to work on dynamic projects in the banking sector.

🎯 Responsibilities

1. Collaborate within a cross-functional team using agile methodologies in a DevOps-centric environment
2. Design, implement, deploy, release, and monitor applications; participate in merge request reviews
3. Work closely with colleagues across divisions to understand business needs
4. Participate in planning and feature refinement sessions with your team
5. Design software solutions with System Architects to align with architectural vision
6. Share knowledge and support others within Software Engineering communities
7. Deliver high-quality code consistent with guidelines and standards
8. Manage L3 Support for day-to-day incidents, service requests, and problems, ensuring adherence to SLAs for Production Support
9. Coordinate operating models to distribute operational tasks such as monitoring service availability and performance with 1st and 2nd Level Support
10. Lead release activities, coordinating with all relevant dependencies
11. Perform audits, controls (such as access rights), and risk assessments to identify and mitigate operational IT risks
12. Support IT Security processes, including managing firewalls for services
13. Assist System Architects in identifying and maintaining technical and architectural debts

🛠️ Requirements

1. Proven experience with Core Java 8+ and JUnit
2. Strong foundation in computer science (algorithms, data structures, object-oriented design)
3. Basic proficiency with Linux shell scripting commands
4. Understanding of Java Messaging concepts (JMS, MQ)
5. Knowledge of relational database concepts, SQL, joins, indexes, triggers
6. Experience with web services (REST, SOAP)
7. Familiarity with Spring core concepts
8. Understanding of DevOps methodologies, CI/CD, and automated testing
9. Experience managing enterprise-level application lifecycle, including design, deployment, and management using Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and related technologies
