We're looking for a proactive Senior AI Engineer / Data (Document AI) to bridge data science and IT operations, delivering robust, production-ready AI-powered document processing solutions.

🎯 Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain AI applications focused on document processing and document intelligence
2. Implement AI and machine learning models using Python, including NLP, OCR, embeddings, text classification, similarity analysis, and information extraction
3. Build and maintain APIs for AI/ML capabilities
4. Deploy, maintain, and monitor AI applications in production, including Kubernetes-based deployments
5. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, GitHub Actions, Sonar, and Fortify
6. Apply testing practices using frameworks like Pytest
7. Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Owners, CTOs, and technical teams to deliver robust AI solutions

🛠️ Requirements

1. Approximately 4 years of experience developing and maintaining production applications with AI components
2. Strong hands-on experience in Python and SQL
3. Experience with Kubernetes and deploying production applications
4. Experience creating APIs related to AI/ML services
5. Knowledge of Git-based workflows and CI/CD practices
6. Experience with code quality, security, and testing tools, including Pytest, Sonar, and Fortify or similar
7. Practical knowledge of NLP techniques such as tokenization, embeddings, text classification, and text similarity
8. Experience with Generative AI and LLMOps frameworks or patterns (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, MCP, or agent-based architectures)
9. Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning techniques (sentiment analysis, text classification, outlier detection, similarity analysis)
10. Hands-on experience with OCR and document processing use cases

➕ Nice to have

1. Experience designing and implementing ETL processes using Python and Spark
2. Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Airflow or Control-M
3. Experience building ETLs with Python and Spark
