AI Transformation Lead

We're looking for an experienced AI Transformation Lead to accelerate AI adoption across business, technology, and operations teams.

🎯 Responsibilities

  1. Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and inefficiencies
  2. Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for AI
  3. Translate business challenges into practical, scalable AI solutions
  4. Build and implement AI agents, tools, and workflows
  5. Drive adoption by embedding solutions into daily work
  6. Promote AI awareness through sharing use cases, successes, and learnings
  7. Focus on quick wins while building toward long-term impact

🛠️ Requirements

  1. Experience implementing AI solutions in real business environments
  2. Ability to bridge business needs with technical execution
  3. Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation, and building workflows or agents
  4. Experience working cross-functionally and driving alignment
  5. Strong prioritization skills with an impact vs. effort mindset
  6. Demonstrated experience driving adoption and organizational change

  1. Experience transforming manual or cross-team workflows into AI-driven processes
