We're looking for a proactive Software Engineer ready to tackle real-time AI challenges in healthcare and drive impactful platform engineering.

🎯 Responsibilities

1. Design and scale platform architecture, enabling low-latency speech/LLM pipelines and reliable orchestration layers
2. Develop and deploy production-grade software, ensuring high performance under real-time constraints
3. Build and maintain end-to-end features from initial architecture to deployment
4. Manage distributed systems with asynchronous workload orchestration
5. Optimize systems to handle high volumes, supporting thousands of daily AI-driven healthcare phone calls
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI/ML solutions

🛠️ Requirements

1. 1-3 years’ experience building and deploying end-to-end products
2. Solid understanding of FastAPI (Python) backends and React (TypeScript) frontends, or equivalent technology stacks
3. Experience managing large-scale distributed systems with asynchronous orchestration
4. Ready to solve challenges involved in deploying large-scale AI voice agents
5. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
6. Strong ownership mentality, entrepreneurial drive, and commitment to hard work

➕ Nice to have

1. Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, or machine learning models
2. Experience with Pipecat voice agents or similar platforms
3. Interest in leveraging experience as a potential step toward founding a startup
