We're looking for an experienced Software Engineer eager to shape and scale advanced AI systems for real-world healthcare applications.

🎯 Responsibilities

  1. Design, architect, and deploy production-grade software solutions from end to end
  2. Build and optimize low-latency speech and language model (LLM) pipelines
  3. Develop and maintain orchestration layers and reliability systems for real-time conversational AI
  4. Scale complex distributed systems to handle large volumes of asynchronous workloads
  5. Tackle the technical challenges involved in deploying and operating AI voice agents for thousands of daily phone calls

🛠️ Requirements

  1. 3-5 years of experience building end-to-end software products
  2. Strong background with technologies such as FastAPI (Python) for backend and React (TypeScript) for frontend, or equivalent experience with similar stacks
  3. Proven experience managing large-scale distributed systems with asynchronous workload orchestration
  4. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  5. Ownership mentality with a drive to solve hard problems and learn rapidly

➕ Nice to have

  1. Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), AI agents, or other machine learning models
  2. Experience with Pipecat or similar voice AI platforms
  3. Interest in entrepreneurship and a vision for using this experience as a springboard for future ventures

Proceso de contratación

  1. Initial conversation to understand who you are, what you want to do, and where you wanna go (30 minutes)
  2. Work on a take-home challenge to discuss in the following interview
  3. Review your solution with a couple of engineers from the team (60 minutes)
  4. Talk with the co-founder (60 minutes)
