We're looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Product Manager to drive the success and financial growth of Asphalt Legends.

🎯 Responsibilities

1. Strategic Vision: Partner with Game Leadership teams to define and update the game roadmap, ensuring alignment with ambitious commercial targets.
2. Live Operations: Lead high-performance Live Ops strategy, continuously optimizing events and offers to drive LTV and ARPU while streamlining workflows for efficiency.
3. Monetization: Manage the full lifecycle of monetization systems, from conceptualization to post-launch optimization, and audit existing systems for improvement opportunities.
4. Data Leadership: Oversee A/B testing, in-depth data analysis, and KPI forecasting to inform and de-risk business decisions.
5. Mentorship: Mentor junior Product Managers and promote a culture of excellence across the product team.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the business side of Asphalt Legends to internal and external stakeholders, enhancing the game's visibility and profile.

🛠️ Requirements

1. 6+ years of experience in Product Management for F2P games (Mobile, PC, or Console)
2. Demonstrated success in improving monetization and retention for live top-tier titles
3. Strong analytical skills; adept at turning complex datasets into actionable insights using advanced analytics tools
4. Excellent presentation and documentation abilities, capable of communicating complex strategies to executive leadership
5. Bachelor’s degree in economics, business management, marketing, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
6. Fluent in English (written and spoken)

1. Experience as a Product Manager in other markets
2. Strong understanding of Game Design fundamentals and behavioral economics
3. Passion for or professional experience with Racing Games
4. Cross-platform experience (mobile and PC/Console)
