We're looking for an experienced Data Analyst to extract actionable insights from marketing and in-game data, supporting game growth and optimizing marketing effectiveness.

🎯 Responsibilities

1. Develop a deep understanding of data warehouse structures, focusing on Marketing and game tracking data.
2. Collaborate with team members to grasp marketing data dimensions and measurement definitions, applying these for analysis and reporting.
3. Conduct comprehensive analyses to answer key stakeholder questions with timely, data-driven insights.
4. Translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations for Marketing and game teams.
5. Apply statistical analysis to optimize marketing testing methodologies and outcomes.
6. Work closely with other Data teams (Data Science, Data Engineering) and with Marketing teams such as User Acquisition, Influencer Marketing, and studio Marketing Activation.

🛠️ Requirements

1. Experience in the gaming or mobile industry.
2. 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis.
3. Expertise in SQL, including crafting complex and efficient queries.
4. Proven ability to create clear and impactful data visualizations and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
5. Proficient in Python.
6. Familiarity with key marketing metrics (CPI, RoAS, creative optimization) and marketing channels.
7. Strong understanding of statistical analysis, especially as applied to marketing and user acquisition.
8. Professional proficiency in English, with strong presentation and communication skills.
