We're looking for an experienced Lead Game Designer to drive the vision, tone, and gameplay innovation for new titles across PC, console, and mobile platforms.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Creative Director, Studio Manager, Game Manager, and other leads to shape and execute the game vision
• Define and direct the tone, core gameplay, and meta structure, emphasizing innovation and delivering a top-quality AA experience
• Lead and mentor the design team, ensuring a cohesive and engaging game experience
• Coordinate with level design teams to integrate mechanics with progression and ensure strong synergies
• Identify and address potential risks to quality and innovation throughout the development process
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with Art, UI, Tech, Online, Data, Audio, Production, and Human Resources teams
• Plan and allocate resources and roadmap tasks alongside managers and producers
• Participate in recruiting and onboarding game design team members

🛠️ Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in game design, including roles as lead or principal game designer
• Released at least two titles as a lead, principal, or senior game designer
• Proven expertise in designing gameplay systems for PC/console action genres, such as sports, racing, combat, shooters, or open world
• Experience prototyping with Unity or Unreal
• Solid understanding of core game design areas including meta-game & progression systems, balancing, UI/UX, level design, and narrative
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Current knowledge of gaming market trends
• Ability to maintain a clear creative direction while being flexible to feedback and change
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.
• Fluency in English

• Experience with racing or action games
• Background in developing for multiple platforms (PC, console, mobile)
• Experience with both premium games and games as a service (DLC, subscription, or F2P)
