We're looking for an Analytics Engineer to bridge data engineering and business analytics, empowering stakeholders with reliable, well-modeled, and discoverable datasets.

🎯 Responsibilities

  1. Design, build, and maintain data models (DBT, SQL) transforming raw data into clean, trusted datasets for self-service and reporting
  2. Collaborate with data engineering to define and certify business-critical metrics (revenue, engagement, marketing performance, B2B KPIs, etc.)
  3. Work with business squads (B2B, Marketing, CRM, Product) to understand needs and develop reusable data assets
  4. Ensure data quality and consistency by partnering on testing frameworks, observability, and governance
  5. Support self-service analytics, enabling stakeholders to explore data confidently using BI tools or custom solutions
  6. Contribute to Airflow pipelines in Python for automation and orchestration
  7. Advance the data mesh vision by creating domain-owned datasets following platform and engineering guidelines

🛠️ Requirements

  1. Fluency in Spanish and English for communication with local and global teams
  2. Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, or related field
  3. Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with engineers and business stakeholders
  4. Strong communication skills suited to a multidisciplinary, international, fast-paced environment
  5. Interest in understanding complex business landscapes and driving data-informed decisions
  6. Strong experience with SQL and data modeling (star/snowflake schemas, data vault, or similar)
  7. Hands-on experience with DBT (or similar transformation frameworks)
  8. Experience with Python and orchestration frameworks (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect)
  9. Familiarity with modern cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.)
  10. Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Superset, Tableau, etc.)
  11. Understanding of data quality, governance, and observability practices

➕ Nice to have

  1. Experience in a federated or data mesh environment
  2. Familiarity with data catalog tools (DataHub, Collibra, Amundsen)
  3. Exposure to analytics in domains such as marketing, CRM, or B2B reporting
