SPACEWELL is on a mission to help people and organizations understand and optimize their energy use. This is reflected in how the company is managed: we purchase energy from renewable sources and everybody is empowered to start initiatives such as reducing our waste (plastics, paper, etc.) or adding more plants to our office.

Work methodology

Organization: Teams are using either Kanban or Scrum with 2-week sprints. Each team has the freedom to adapt the methodology to the practices & routines that work the best for them. Every 3 months, the teams share what is working and what isn't in order to align themselves. SDLC: Teams work in features using the following steps: - Feature analysis and refinement of acceptance criteria - Technical analysis - TDD (optionally pairing) - Code Review (optionally) - Pull Request - Merge & Release
