We're looking for a motivated and skilled Python & AWS Backend Engineer to help build robust infrastructure powering an innovative finance platform.

🎯 Responsibilities

1. Build the execution layer behind an AI Agent
2. Develop secure, scalable integrations with NetSuite and other systems
3. Design and maintain multi-tenant infrastructure running on AWS
4. Create APIs and orchestration layers connecting data, models, and actions
5. Collaborate closely with CTO, Data Engineering, and AI teams to design production-grade, observable systems

🛠️ Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience building backend systems with Python
2. Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, SQS, ELB, etc.)
3. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
4. Solid PostgreSQL knowledge
5. Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs
6. Fluent in Spanish and English

➕ Nice to have

1. Experience with DLT, Dagster, or DBT
2. Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or Langfuse
3. Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch)
4. Basic frontend knowledge (JS/TS frameworks like Vue, etc.)
