Job requirements

What challenges you'll be solving 🚀

1. Design, evolve, and maintain critical backend systems in Ruby on Rails.
2. Make technical decisions balancing software quality, pragmatism, and speed.
3. Work with complex business logic (payments, state machines, integrations, edge cases).
4. Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and other Engineering teams.
5. Improve existing systems: performance, maintainability, and technical debt.
6. Take part in architectural discussions and long-term platform evolution.

What you’ll need 🤝

1. Strong, long-term experience with Ruby on Rails in production environments.
2. A product mindset: you care about the “why”, not just the “how”.
3. Experience working on systems that cannot fail (payments, fintech, marketplaces, high-traffic platforms).
4. Solid technical judgment, autonomy, and ownership.
5. Solid knowledge of OOP, clean coding, TDD, and agile.
6. English proficiency.
