Product Analytics Manager

We're looking for a skilled Product Analytics Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Analysts. This role combines hands-on analytics with team leadership, working closely with product and design partners to drive data-informed decisions and deliver actionable insights.

🎯 Responsibilities

  1. Lead, manage, and develop a team of Product Analysts with a focus on growth and high performance
  2. Partner with product stakeholders and directly contribute to analysis and product feature experimentation as needed
  3. Prioritize and plan the team’s roadmap on critical initiatives
  4. Analyze and narrate trends in core efficiency metrics, supporting the team in these efforts
  5. Present trends, decomposition of drivers, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership and the product organization
  6. Support AB testing processes, continuously improving decision-making and ROI frameworks using experimental design and customer outcome measures
  7. Cultivate a hypothesis- and data-driven culture to solve customer challenges in partnership with product and design teams
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and data infrastructure, to ensure actionable information flows efficiently

🛠️ Requirements

  1. 10+ years using data to drive business impact, including extracting actionable insights, crafting business narratives, and partnering with cross-functional teams
  2. 4+ years experience managing analytics teams
  3. Advanced proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools such as Mode, Periscope, Looker, or Tableau
  4. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership through succinct and actionable insights
  5. Experience collaborating as an embedded partner with developers, analysts, product managers, and operations teams
  6. Strong track record with A/B testing, statistical analysis, and experimental design
  7. Knowledge of modern data tools and concepts, including event-based datasets, Amazon Redshift, and DBT
  8. Experience with product analytics tools (such as Amplitude) and event-based data

➕ Nice to have

  1. Experience within a two-sided marketplace
  2. Proficiency with Python, R, or a similar computational language
  3. Understanding of statistics or a willingness to learn

📍 Important Information

  1. This is a hybrid role with a minimum expectation to work onsite in the Barcelona office (Poblenou neighborhood) two days per week (Mondays and Thursdays).
  2. Candidates must be based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
