Roomonitor helps short term rentals better coexist within their neighborhoods, tracking noise levels on the properties with our own device and informing guests & hosts if things are getting out of control. The company was born 5 years ago and is now getting a lot of traction as key industry players such as Airbnb are promoting the installation of these tools on the apartments. We are now rapidly expanding across the globe and looking for great talent to support us on this journey!

Our product was built out of the frustration of our founders, (property managers with an engineering background), to deal with neighbor complaints and bad guest behavior. For the first years, it was really hard to get property managers to understand our solution, but nowadays noise level monitoring devices are considered an industry standard for short term rentals. This is a rapidly growing market with only 3 players worldwide. Come help us lead this market from Barcelona to the world!
